Prices are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment(s). Quotes on airfare are not confirmed until paid in full and can change without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL ​CRUISE LANGUAGE: Cruise lines and airlines reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges, even after final payment has been applied to a booking, up until the day of departure. Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include airfare, telephone calls, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, sightseeing tours or shore excursions.

Thank you for choosing us for your upcoming vacation. We have organized your travel details in this document, which contains important information to review before you depart. Please check your flight reservation and other booking documents upon receipt and verify all information is correct. YorTravel Destination will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to my attention immediately.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER

Thank you for consulting with our agency for your travel needs. We value your business and appreciate the time you have spent with us to build your dream vacation. You will find a quote below that includes your trip cost, airfare, taxes/fees and optional insurance.

You are a valued client, and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur - before you leave or when you’re away from home - we recommend the Allianz Plan, It offers excellent benefits and combines insurance coverage with Emergency Hotline Services. Please read the Allianz brochure carefully for more information.

Without travel insurance, you’re on your own in an emergency because your health coverage is not good outside of the United States. Most hospitals overseas will not accept your domestic health insurance card. They want your credit card instead because they expect payment up front before you receive care. When you have travel insurance, all you have todo is call the travel insurance 24-hour assistance hotline. And finally, because loss bags, delayed and cancelled flights are common today than ever before -- AND PEACE OF MIND IS PRICELESS!!

By law we are required to offer you travel insurance. For this reason, we require that all clients complete, sign and submit our Travel Insurance (Request and Waiver) Form indicating that you have been offered travel insurance.

4. Documentation

DOCUMENTATION: U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for [6] months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper and qualified documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.“

YorTravel Destination offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. YorTravel Destination does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that YorTravel Destination acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that YorTravel Destination shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.
